Hi everyone, my business partner wants to add body wraps and treatments to our aesthetic menu. But there is one big issue.

We do not have a wetroom. I have been looking for peel off body masques, and other wraps that can be done without a wetroom or shower access.

But I'm being honest here I never really paid a whole lot of attention to body treatments other than those I was able to do in a wetroom.

Does anyone care to share some product lines or advice ? Please ???

Can anyone give me an idea where I can get a reasonably priced crystal micro derm machine? I would like to offer this, but don't know where I can get a good one. I also do not know how to use it so would they come with instructions manual for procedures?

Does anyone have clients with beards? My brother has a "Duck Dynasty" beard and is obsessed with taking care of it. I love to do gentlemen's facials (so much stuff to get out!!!) and would like any advice on how to care for a beard, and especially about THE SKIN UNDERNEATH... Haven't found much information about the skin underneath a man's beard and if there's any way to take care of it. All I know so far is that the beard protects that skin...

I have three questions...united as estheticians can a change in legislation be proposed to allow and extend the authority of esthetician with appropriate training and clinical hours to perform laser hair removal and other non-invasive laser procedures in all states? How do i go about recruiting an on-call Doctor, in the meantime, until the time that this type of authorization becomes a reality? What is the standard fee to pay a Doctor for this type of service? I''m looking to open up a spa sometime next year and would love to offer as many anti-aging procedures as possible. I'm looking forward to reading your thoughts :)
Lam Probetag:skincareprofessionals.com,2012-08-14:6332291:Topic:996392012-08-14T22:35:56.490ZHexe13https://skincareprofessionals.com/profile/KatharinaSonder

She will also provide training. She sets the price, runs promotions / coupons and also asked for my work schedule as the clients are book through her. Recall from the interview, it seems that she likes to hire me as a I.C employee. Is there such an I.C employee relationship exists? Also, if the owner provides everything then what do I write off on my income tax? If I.C relationship exists between us, should I be able to set my own price, buy my own liability insurance, keep my clients if I leave. I think in this case I would be more of her employee rather than I.C. That means should I get pay with w-2 instead 1099?
How to break into medical Esthetics????tag:skincareprofessionals.com,2011-08-11:6332291:Topic:490172011-08-11T03:11:40.100ZJamie A Wilsonhttps://skincareprofessionals.com/profile/JamieAWilson
