Hello, I am new here. I am a massage therapist and fairly new esthetician.

I have been using Farm House Fresh products for facials and specialty massages and wraps. I am wanting to start carrying a stronger line of products. With the low minimums I figured these 2 would be great.

For those of you that use these 2 lines what would be your initial purchase. I would like to offer a simple menu ( I don't want to confuse people) and order products that I will use. I don't want products that will sit for a year and barely any used.

If you want to include your website, pricing, menus, anything that could help me out please do. I am open to any and all help. I want to succeed.

I not that familiar with PCA, but if I needed to order simple initial back bar from Skin Script, I'd get Pomegranate cleanser, glycolic cleanser, raspberry refining cleanser (always screen for salicylic contraindications), cucumber toner, retinol scrub, blueberry enzyme, pomegranate enzyme, lemon zest enzyme, lactic 20% depigmentation peel, strawberry mask, seaweed mask if you have a microcurrent (and look into a handheld unit if you don't), Ageless serum, Vitamin C and Green Tea serum, and Cacteen moisturizer.  Most of their other moisturizers are too waxy for my taste, and I don't find the toner pads to be cost effective during facials, although they're great for retail.  You could also get one really mild enzyme like coconut if you anticipate having really dry/sensitive clients.  But those 3 enzymes will take you a long way, and I'd still say to get the lactic peel so you can familiarize yourself with doing peels.  Later on try their TCA and the cranberry turnover peels, but only once you have taken class with Lisa.  Pumpkin enzyme could switch in for pomegranate seasonally.  The trip peptide eye cream is also good.

Hi Amanda,
I can only speak to PCA backbar as I perform their Deep Pore Detox and Oxygen Treatments. I don't retail them. I do however retail Skin Script and my facials are designed around them. I recommend all 4 cleansers, Retinol Scrub, Cucumber Toner, all 3 masks, Acai - Cacteen - Peptide - Ageless or Light Aloe Moisturizers, Vitamin C and Ageless Serums. Their enzymes are awesome! Good ones to start with are Coconut/Papaya, Raspberry/Peach, Blueberry, and Pomegranate. Depending on how advance you want to customize your facials would determine if you want to try other enzymes and other items. Your site is nice. The staff at Skin Script are amazing and are really helpful. Call and discuss your needs and they will also help you round out your menu.

Sorry, I was out of town this weekend.

Thank you guys for your help. I will start looking at your suggestions tomorrow and get an order placed.

My website is still a work in progress. My husband works on it when he can.

I use Skin script and love it.  I use all their enzymes and cleansers.  I would start with most of their enzymes.  They all do different things.  Thats the way I can offer "customized" facials for my clients. Blueberry is great for blackheads and teen skin.  Lemon Zest a a good one for a lot of skin types.  Start with a few but its good to have a selection.  I am currently looking for a more economical scrub.  Their back bar scrub is kinda pricey and I use it a lot.  But other than that, I use their whole like.  Except peels.  I've found they are very mild and some of my clients want that deep peel action.  So I've used other peels.  Hope this helps.  I want you too succeed too!
