Hi everyone! I'm Maggie and this is my very first post on the forum since becoming a member 3 years ago! It's great to be in a community with my fellow Skincare specialists!

I have a question I'm hoping someone can answer. Where can I or how can I create a custom questionnaire with answers that determine skin types for my website visitors? The ones that asks visitors a variety of skin focused questions and in the end, based on the answers, it comes up with their skin type. Is it a software program or something?
