Which wax do you prefer as your go to wax?

I've always used a soft creme wax .. The peach one. I'm not a hard wax fan because to me its messier, I'm not as quick with it like I am with soft creme wax and it doesn't do as close/clean of a wax (peach fuzz) in my opinion like a soft wax does. I use my creme wax for all waxing, facial, bikini, and body. Honey wax is too stringy for me as well. But would use it if it's more gentle. Have any of you used the soft creme zinc oxide wax. Or any preferences for your go to for sensitive all over wax? I want to see if there's any wax that you find to be amazing for sensitive delicate skin.

This one is great for everything- but it is a bit tricky to get the hang of- it's not a hard wax but it does "set" a bit so you have to get the strip on right away or it won't stick. http://www.purespadirect.com/AMBER-Turquoise-Depilatory-Wax-Can-14-...

I use the Satin Smooth Titanium soft wax. It's for sensitive skin and spares me from having to apply powder,etc.

I love Nufree. I find it sticks really well to hair and not as much to skin so the process is less painful and leaves clients less red. You don't have to clean and powder and all that nonsense before application so it's great for saving time. The finipil antiseptic cream is really awesome for post-wax. It's great for sensitive skin so I don't need a hard wax. The wax is a little thick and hard to spread for large areas when the temperature of the pot is on it's lower setting that I use for facial waxing. I have to turn it up for body waxing so it can thin out and spread easier. If I did tons of body waxing I'd probably have a secondary wax for that, but I'd still use this for bikini because I find it so gentle in sensitive areas.

I once spent a year trying every single wax under the sun that I could find. What I determined was: I, personally, prefer to use soft wax for the entire everything. I dislike hard wax, and everybody that I use it on says it's more painful. My one goal in this endeavor was to find the LEAST painful waxing experience for my clients (not the quickest for me) and to find the best wax possible.

Here's what I discovered:

1) I LOVE the zinc soft wax from satin smooth. I also love the honey with argon (and I HATE honey).

2) I think it REALLY depends on your treatment room conditions, weather, and place that you work (ie it would be different waxing people say in Malibu than here in Indiana). Find what works best for your AREA.

For myself, I have had a huge waxing following with clients who used to go to a big waxing spa in Indianapolis because they "knew" what they were doing. They ended up being long time clients of mine because they felt that I was less painful.

3) I think it also depends upon the temperature of your wax. I intentionally keep my crème wax cool. I know I use more wax this way, but it's less painful.

4) if you live in an area with a seasonal change, change your wax too! It's very different in hot, humid summer, and cold, dry winter. I can really damage someone if I use the SAME wax.

So Amy, which wax in summer and which in winter? Do you still keep it on the cool side in winter?

I use the zinc most of the time all year. When it's humid, I keep it cooler when it's dry I keep it warmer. I like the honey w/argon when it's really hot/muggy.
