WOW! I've never seen anything like this. No comedones? No previous acne? Just this cyst? I wouidn't call this acne. I would say this is the result of smoking - the toxins accumulating in that area. I've seen all kinds of weird things from smokers and they're in denial. I'd have her quit cold turkey and see what happens. Sometimes I feel so frustrated by acne clients who smoke. They expect us to do miracles while they put toxins in their bodies. Sorry I cannot be of help. I am just as amazed and troubled as you are :-)

I have got to say, Laura, I am beyond impressed with your products and knowledge of acne. I have become somewhat obsessed with finding out all there is to know about acne and how to treat it.
