They don't pay for anything, I supply everything and even make the appointments for them. They get 20% product commissions also."

What Commission is the standard for Independent Reps
I have a new high performance organic skincare line. Ive been approached by a Rep who would like to get my line into spas and salons. We are currently talking compensation. Does anyone out there know the standard commission for an independent rep?
