<p>I gave myself and my husband a peel yesterday. By early evening, we each had small bumps. Mine were where I had some milia popping up. This morning all bumps are gone. Peel happening as planned!</p>

<p>yes to what everyone above has said and also in my experience, this commonly happens with glycolic acids peels and when combining glycolic peels with microderm or dermaplaning. Its not always a adverse effect, rather a common skin reaction to the acid that resolves itself quickly. Glycolic is such a small molecule and it penetrates the skin very fast. The only thing I know of is using baking soda and water after to neutralize peel. I wonder if it was just a break out, since it happened after. High frequency to avoid a break out.
