New Obsession
I wish more people would join and talk in this group. I really think they have some amazing products and they are priced so reasonable. I feel very lucky that the 2 lines I love the most and get amazing results from (Skin Script being the other one) are inexpensive.
Le Mieux has a bunch of molding masks and I had purchased a few to try awhile ago but for some reason, I never did. Finally I tried their Blemish Control Mask. Oh. My. Gosh. I really think there is magic in this stuff. When I remove it from my clients, I cannot believe how much clearer their skin is after only 20 minutes! All the redness and irritation is gone. I've taken pics each time but they don't do it justice at all, unfortunately. Clients who want to see a major difference after a facial will love this one. It's not just the redness but it really makes their skin look brighter and like they have a glow.
I also love their Iso-Cell, O2 Calming Gel (great for the ultrasonic spatula) and their Hungarian Enzyme Mask. It is super gentle but their skin looks brighter immediately.
Has anyone used anything from them recently and have an opinion about it? I'm always interested to hear what other people think about this line? It seems that once people try it, they love it too. Unfortunately there aren't a lot that I know...yet.

I just created an account with them. I've seen many skincare lines and love when someone posts a discussion about one. (Thanks for doing so). It's difficult to narrow down which one(s) to try on yourself, use on others and promote in a practice. So far I've used the Image line. That's one that we use in school. I do like to keep my options open.

Hi Devyn, Are you still using Le Mieux? After reading your posts I did decide to add to my practice and I love the serums. I also use Skin Scripts as my main line I love skin scripts.

Hey-I have spoken with you and I am about to order the 300 dollar retail starter...has the hyralounic, tgf, and vit c....Can u use their Vit C? I LOVE the Essence Moisturizer-light weight and seems like it would be perfect for those aging clients who don't want all the emollience....I haven't tried the Age Defying...I love the Bio-My thing is how in the world do u not order all these products!! U just carry the Skin Script and the Serums from Le Mieux? I will be able to try the Hungarian Mud, Vit C pads, those three serums....I am extremely prone to clogging and I don't know if I could use the Hyr Serum...Rx sounds amazing...and what is the absolute best in your opinion for sagging, no elasticity, old skin? Thanks so much and trust me, I am obsessed and have barely started...I just hope the reps are good-I speak to Sylvia..and I want to get good customer service...since I think they are based out of Cali and I am in SC it will prob cost a lot for shipping.....
But I want to have the 300 retail kit to try and for back bar and DEF ordering the eye cream, the Age Defy set...Want to know where acne mask is b/c I cant find it I don't think...a lot of talk but thanks so much! So many questions! So much information to give! :) Here it goes...
What I use at home (I'm 35, very sensitive and reactive skin)
Skin Script Products and
Vita-C Serum (the only vitamin c I have been able to use on my skin), TGF-B, EGF-DNA (just started using this to see if I notice a difference), Collagen Peptide for my neck and chest (I got this for free but I didn't want to add another thing to my face!)
BackBar
Iso-Cell Solution- love! and use throughout the facial.
Essence Toner
O2 Calming Gel- I use this for post-waxing and sometimes for the UltraSonic Spatula
Microdermabrasion Scrub- I like to add this to a cleanser; use for teen clients.
Hyaluronic Acid Serum- use this all the time but also part of prepping the skin for extractions.
Rx Complex- I like to have this and the vita-c to use on different clients…sometimes under masks.
Vita-C Serum
Derma Relief- great if I need to calm the skin in a deeper way.
Hungarian Enzyme Mask- love this because it is so gentle yet effective.
Collagen Lifting Mask- I like this and I like that you can feel it working.
Hyaluronic Shea Mask- Very rich. Can't use on my skin and have actually found that some of my clients react to it as well. I use this massage away the Collagen Lifting Mask. Fantastic!
Icy Revitalizing Mask- I always add a little hyaluronic acid to this b/c otherwise I think it is a little too drying- great mask and my clients love the way it feels after extractions.
Azulene Gel Masque- always calms the skin after extractions- redness is gone!
Blemish Clear Mask- I cannot say enough about this mask. It is the best I have ever used. Clients cannot believe how amazing their skin looks when they leave.
Beta Acid- I recently started using this and now I'm obsessed! Sometimes I will put this under an enzyme especially for clients with cystic acne. Really works! Every client I have given a sample (I am not stingy with samples), has purchased it. Very effective.
5% Glyco- I like this but I'm not in love with it. I sometimes use it on my older clients w/out breakouts. Extra boost.
Vitamin C Pads- Sometimes use these before an enzyme. Pretty strong so I'm careful. I cannot use these on my skin!
Moisture Masks- Great for dehydrated skin!
Bio-Cell Masks- These are amazing!
TGF Eye Firming Masks- Amazing again!!
Retail
Hyaluronic Acid, Rx Complex, Vita-C, EGF, TGF, Derma Relief- Vita-C serum is my biggest seller. I believe that everyone over 20 should use it. Again, I am not stingy with samples so my clients get to try these before they buy. I have found that they see results pretty quickly with vitamin c. I educate my clients on why they should use each serum and how it will benefit their skin.
Essence Toner- I have a few clients that do not like the smell of SS Cucumber Toner (crazy!) so I brought this in for that reason.
Iso-Cell Solution- I recommend this to some of my acne clients as a toner.
O2 Calming Gel- I actually have not sold any of these yet. I have given samples and people like it but until they have a big reason to use it, they won't buy it. Maybe come summer when they start burning themselves again. :)
TGF Eye Firming Masks
Beta Acid- See above (under backbar)
Bio-Cell Moisturizer- I just like it. I don't get that excited about moisturizers because I only recommend clients to use them during they day and they aren't really going to change your skin. This is kind of an alternative to the SS Peptide Moisturizer.

Thank you for bringing the Blemish Clear Mask to my attention. It took a minute to find it (look under molding masks). Can't wait to try it. I love the fact they are so generous with samples. It's a great way to introduce new products to clients. I find it very important to have them try a product first. 9 times out of 10 they buy the product their next appointment.

I feel the same way about samples. I have no problem giving my clients what they need so they can really see and feel the products at home. At the beginning of trying to sell, I was afraid of clients leaving without buying so I ended up with returns. Now, it rarely happens because they know how it will work with their skin first. Much easier and they appreciate it. :)
You will LOVE the Blemish Clear Mask! It's crazy how well it works on every acne client.

Ok-The no charge shipping over 500 is AWESOME! Devyn-I have been communicating with Sylvia-Brother just got married and had a rough week so did a lil phone tag-who do you communicate with? Your rep? I live in SC, so the only think I worry about is having to wait for shipping...Skin sCript spoiled me...I was told you get alot to bags, samples, boxes with every order-is this totally true? And catalog?
Also, Devyn, do you sell their cleansers? I want to get the Pore Shrinking and the creamy I think, but also still like Skin Scripts cleansers....how long have you been esty? SO you pretty much sell everything from this line? How did u get the collagen serum free? Bot trying to bombard you, but I need to order....
I still like SS for their acid products-and I think I am going to continue to carry Ageless Serum and their Vit C Serum....but I need to be able to explain the price jump....It seems like the more concentrated Le Mieux Serums would last longer...and I have read a couple of the backs of certain products, compared to Le Mieux, and the concentration is way higher.....
I am so thankful for you and the fact u carry this line...I think I will charge more for Le Mieux facials...not sure how much each one costs b/c I have to start with the 300 set...which is the retail sz....I may be askin more questions to you...We carry same lines, so if it is ok I would like to message you and ask your opinion! Also, with the Rx being one serum that kinda has it all, why wouldnt the client always purchse this one? I was asking what to get my client who has very aged skin-lack of elasticity, wrinkles-I am in love with the antiage kit-so I am putting her on that for her eyes and it has small bottle of TGFB-but I was told the Collagen Peptide is the way to go with this...Or Age Defy...which I was told was extremely firming....What do you think about the 24 hr Age Defy Cream? I am carrying Control Correctives Ceramide moisturizer in place of Skin Scripts Acai b/c of smell-I carry the whole Control acne line like I said-But u say you dont think moisturizers make diff in skin? Interesting? Why is this? Dont think it penetrates deep enough? Clients are all about their moisturizers! And I sell the heck outta peptide from SS! Just want your thoughts

I like the RX and used to sell this one more but I break it up for my clients now. Vits-C and TGF and are my favorites.
Moisturizers- They have a need and benefits but I do not believe they really change the skin like serums or even the grape seed oil I've mentioned before. Moisturizers protect the skin during the day and they definitely can help the skin to a point but I don't believe they actually penetrate. If they did, they really couldn't protect that much, right? I still think that it is necessary to wear one and choose one that is appropriate for your skin type but I do not think it is the answer to any problem. This is also why I don't have my clients wear them at night. Nighttime is supposed to be for repair so if they are using the same moisturizer at night, how is this helping? Once I switched my clients to the grape seed oil, they saw immediate changes in their skin. People stopped buying those expensive night creams. This is just my opinion and I'm sure other people would disagree. I am basing all of this on what I have read throughout the years and seen with my clients.

SS and Le Mieux are both great with samples and shipping. I'm in Ca so I get things faster than you but from what I understand, still much faster than most lines.
That list above is everything I sell. SS is all I need (so far) in regards to cleansers.
Serums- There is a little bit of a price jump but they are completely different so it's like comparing apples and oranges, in my opinion. If people were to go to a department store and get a similar serum, they would pay anywhere from $200-$300. Le Mieux is inexpensive.
My skin is sensitive and weird so I couldn't use the Vit C from SS. When I started using Le Mieux Vita-C and my skin loved it, I started retailing that one. Since I use it I am able to give personal experiences. I still sell the SS Ageless Serum but I also sell the Le Mieux Hyaluronic Serum. It depends on the clients and what they can afford and what their skin needs. Le Mieux's serums are based in HA so they are getting hydration with each one.
