Lead Esthetician: Can anyone share their experience?

Depends on the venue...

how big is the team, what are the responsibilities (training, education lead or just counting supplies?)

Good question.  I was hoping to get a general idea, perhaps some testimonies.  I work at a franchise and there are about 8-10 esties.  They pay about $25-30/hour for training others I believe.  I haven't asked because at this point I don't want to reveal interest since I'm not sure this is the direction I want to go.  Thanks Teresa.
