• Anybody offer this?
  • Seems I see more and more of it lately-

Also called ear coning or thermal-auricular therapy- a few years ago my girlfriends and I decided to try on one another. It was fun ( and gross) at same time. Interesting...Claims seem to be 40/60 from what I have read.

If you do have as service how do you promote or do you get a lot of people asking for it. I am all about holistic and non-holistic mix- gotta look at state law obviously. Just wondered who's candling out there?! :)

Happy Mother's Day Weekend to all the lovely Momma's!!

I know that some people really like it.

But IMO, it really doesn't provide any benefit.  You can find info all over the web about validity.

The biggest problem that I see is the liability.  I have a no open flame policy at my office for starters - but the risk of injury to client is very possible.  I don't need the hassle.

So - I'm not candling!

- Thanks!

I offered ear candling until I realized that it isn't covered in the ASCP policy (in fact, last time I checked it was specifically excluded).
