Esthetician guarantee

I am a medical esthetician working inside a doctors office. I am looking for a guarantee I can use as a marketing tool. Do any of you have one that works well? Thanks.

Accutane vs. Extraction Facial

If you have taken Accutane and you have suffered from inflammatory bowel disease, depression, or developed serious mental or physical problems you may be entitled to compensation.

The manufacturer, Roche USA Pharmaceuticals, changed the name of this medication in 2009 to Roaccutane. However, the drug’s formulation remains unchanged and the potential for serious injury remains a concern with the new brand. Although these medications…

Although skin tags are generally acquired (not present at birth) and may occur in anyone, more often they arise in adulthood. Skin Tags are much more common in middle age, and they tend to increase in prevalence up to age 60. Children and toddlers  may also develop…

Waxing

I am a specialist in eyebrow shaping and pride myself in waxing. I live in the midwest and may not be as current on the waxing scene as I should be in terms of hard wax and brazilian. I feel I need to get with the times and not be so intimidated by such intimate waxing. Any advice on good wax and getting started?

Just moved to a small town any thoughts on how to get re-started?

I just move to this small town, at least compared to Ft Lauderdale where I started, it's much smaller.  There are Dr.'s everywhere and a lot of elderly people and very few skin care facilities.  I have contemplated opening my own place, but without any cliental I'm afraid that might not be the right idea to start.  I'm trying to figure out which direction to go here and would appreciate any thoughts from everyone here.  I have only been in the business for 3 years so I'm still a bit new as… Continue

Heads-up regarding merchant services thru Costco

I just switched over to Costco for merchant services (credit card charges). When I spoke with the initial representative I very strongly told her that I want to make sure that their charges are taken out monthly not daily. It's just way too confusing for bookkeeping purposes to have those charges taken out daily. I made it very clear to her that this was the one thing that was non-negotiable for me. I purchased a terminal from them, got all set up and went through… Continue

Brazilian Waxing

Hi to all experienced estheticians.  I have done alot of waxing but it will be a new and interesting treatment to add to my profile.  Any tips or where to get CD's to see a pro do this?  My clientele are asking now that we are coming into sunnier weather.  I live in Portland, Oregon so maybe there are classes available in this area.  I would be happy to watch a video as well.

Does anyone know of some great microdermabrasion kits or machines that dont cost a fortune?  Any hand held…
