TCA peel

I am startin the eight week TCA protocol in the skinscript manual for a client. I had her purchase all of the pre and post peel products. There is nothing that says she can use her green tea serum. I posted the question on fb, and I received a response saying she should not over moisturize because it will prevent flaking or peeling. Left me a little confused.
