Sheila:  Yes, the product/training manual is the most comprehensive.  It has all the protocols, but it has all the technical information such as full formula composition, active ingredients, etc.  on every product. We charge $10 for it, or if you purchase $100 or more, you can request this manual for free.

Is the product/training manual different than the facial protocols that were sent with the enzymes?

Madeleine:  Absolutely you can use the blemish control pads after extractions; just tell the client it might sting a little.  Great question!

After extractions, do you recommend using a little blemish control toner or blemish spot tx to get in there and kill some bacteria before serums and mask?  Would either be too strong after an enzyme tx?

All great info!!  Thank you so much!  I am new to skin care also and had opened up my own little room right away so it can be very overwhelming but I am impressed with the communication that Skin Scripts has and customer service!

Diane, I ordered the peptide eye cream for myself and really do like it as well as the blemish spot treatment.

Keep the suggestions coming, I love the feedback!!

Hi Toni:  I hope you love the samples and find results with them.  For summertime facials, I recommend the (1) Beach facial, or (2) Sweet Tea facial.  Those are my nicknames for the Coconut Papaya facial and the Raspberry Peach facial which can be used on all skin types and are most gentle.  Take a look at the protocols for Coconut and Raspberry that were included with your sample kit and see if those will work for you.  They smell wonderful!

Sheila, I am somewhat new to Skinscript products also, but I will tell you that everything I have ordered, I have been happy with.  I also have another product line, but I have always been a fan of enzyme txs and these enzyme products give you results.  Bottom line is, they work.  My clientele is older so on rare occasions I'll have an acne client.  Therefore, I haven't tried the pomegrante or cranberry.  The Lemon Zest is wonderful and I mix that with lactic acid (1/2 tsp) and steam.  On some people, they can get a little flushed or even red, so you need to watch out for that.  The raspberry peach is wonderful and I love the one you purchased, coconut papaya.  I just bought the blueberry, but haven't used it yet and the pumpkin orange is nice also, but quite strong.  I'm slowly trying their retail line and one product I will say that I like already is the tri-peptide eye cream.

I saw your question regarding facial massage.  I think everyone does it at different stages of the facial.  I do mine after extractions, except for an acne or extremely sensitive pt.  I apply the hydrating serum and green tea/vit c serum first and then use the seaweed mask over top to massage.  If you haven't tried the goji berry mask, that is wonderful.  Between both my skincare lines, that is my favorite mask.  One of the things I like about this line is that they don't have a zillion products and you can get creative in coming up with a seasonal, holiday or any promotion for the month facial.
