I've been renting a room in a natural health center for a year and now an additional room at a salon/spa. I've moved to Saratoga so I wanted to find a place salon/spa that is close by and also willing to do percentage rate for rent. I'm starting a new clientele base here so trying to do a lot of specials. Are you renting a room or do you have clients come to your home? Has being a make up artist helped boost your career? I've always been interested in that as well!
