Yes, I have the microcurrent and love the way it works and have never had any other company give you as much support. I also have the head lamp and magnification, the moisture meter which I don't use that ofter. I have the big machine but I think the hand held would be sufficient for some treatments. The big one others several treatments including ionorphoresis.
