Service rates on your website....to Post or not to Post?

I'm updating my website to take advantage of the new ASCP web builder. Since I am redoing my site I was toying with not posting my service rates.  What is your opinion on posting service rates on your website?  I see some Spas that have their rates posted and others that do not.  Does not posting service rates deter prospective clients from calling to make appointments?See More

Treatments for Estys

Hi Everyone,

I came home this evening after a very long day in my treatment room and it just struct me how much I miss being on the receiving end of a treatment.  I thought about my days at Esty school and how wonderful it was to receive bi-weekly treatments.  I could surely use one right now.  Oh sure, I can give myself a treatment, but it's not the same feeling.   I could go to a salon/spa to get a facial or any other treatment but I find it a bit hard to swallow some of the prices…

Sebaceous Hyperplasia - Has anyone treated a client with this disorder?

I have a client who has sebaceous hyperplasia.  I've done research on the problem and have been following the a combination of treatments such as hyfrecator, microdermabrasion and peels.  My client is extremely oil, thick skin, and is Fitzpatrick II.  Anyone have any suggestions as to proper treatment? I know this is a disorder of the sebaceous gland and there is no fix.  Just looking for control of the excessive oil and shrinking of the sebaceous pockets "whitish material".  Thanks.

welcome Mary Lou! I usually put them on a series of micro-peels...a 50% gly followed by microdermabrasion, along with home care to continue to regulate oil production.
