Good morning to all. I would like to get some information on billing codes for a clients insurance for chemical peels, microphototherapy and any other modalities. I would like to be able to give my clients the opportunity to file their charges through their insurance if they have been diagnosed with acne, rosacea, eczema, or other diagnosis. I live in the state of Oklahoma and do not really know where to start. I also am wondering if there are charge forms that I can give them to turn into their insurance? Would appreciate any feedback. I am associated with a clinic staffed by Nurse Practitioners. Would my clients have to be seen by them and referred to  me to for their treatments?
